GREGORY GREENFIELD & ASSOCIATES, NATIONAL AMUSEMENTS, INC. and THE CITY OF BROCKTON ANNOUNCE THE LEASE SIGNING FOR A 12-SCREEN THEATER

2/11/2008
ATLANTA – Gregory Greenfield & Associates, Ltd. (“GG&A”), an Atlanta-based retail real estate advisory and development firm, National Amusements, Inc., based in Dedham, Massachusetts, and the City of Brockton (Massachusetts), are pleased to announce that a lease has been executed for the opening of a 55,000 square foot, stadium-seated, state-of-the-art twelve screen theater at Westgate Mall in Brockton. Construction is scheduled to start this spring in anticipation of a mid-2009 grand opening. In addition to the new theater, GG&A also plans to add a 23,000 square foot lifestyle addition adjacent to the theater that will include a free-standing restaurant and several other exciting retailers. The project will also include improvements to the mall’s entrances and signage.

According to Scott Boggio, senior development officer of GG&A, “Today’s announcement is the culmination of a collaborative effort with National Amusements, and the City of Brockton, to meet our customers’ desire for a movie theater, lifestyle retailers and a casual sit-down restaurant. The redevelopment will dramatically change the face of the center and the shopping experience at Westgate Mall.”
