2. HOW TO ENTER: There is no charge or cost to register or enter. There is one way to enter. VIA ONLINE: Visit the Sponsor’s website www.nationalamusements.com. Entrants need to click on the National Amusements / Worlds of Discovery Sweepstakes button and complete all the information requested on the subsequent Sweepstakes entry page. Entries must be received by February 28, 2010. No mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Only one entry per e-mail address allowed. The Sponsor and its respective agents are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail, for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, which may limit a user’s ability to participate in or enter the Sweepstakes. All notifications in the Sweepstakes will be sent by e-mail. The Sponsor is not responsible, and may disqualify you, if your e-mail address does not work or if it is changed without prior notice to us via e-mail. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes, if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is so canceled, any and/or all announced winners will receive prizes to which they are entitled as of the date of cancellation; the un-awarded prizes will be donated to charity. Limit one entry per eligible person. If you enter more than once, only your first entry received will count, and any subsequent entries will be disqualified. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor. Neither the Sponsor nor any of its respective parents, subsidiaries and/or affiliates, nor any Internet access providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone or other network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, or inability to access the Sponsor’s website.
3. DRAWING FOR WINNER: Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about March 10, 2010 by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The winner will be notified by e-mail. If unable to contact potential winner by e-mail, or if potential winner fails to respond to the prize notification within 48 hours after its issuance, or if any winner fails to comply with any of the Sweepstakes requirements, an alternate winner shall be selected through another random drawing conducted by the Sponsor. The winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity (where legal) and the winner and the winner’s travel companions (or, to the extent that any such travel companions are minors, the parents or legal guardians of such travel companions) will each be required to sign the Sponsor's liability release and waiver, and return same, properly executed, within 10 days after issuance of notification. Winner consents to the use of their names, voices, likenesses, and/or photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries and/or terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, the Sponsor will endeavor to post notice of termination on the Sponsor’s website. 4. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding its territories, possessions, commonwealths and military installations), who are 21 years of age or older as of February 28, 2010. No employees, immediate family members of employees (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses), and/or any individuals living in the same household of employees of Pepsi-Cola Company and its bottlers, the Promotional Sponsor, the Sponsor (including all affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies and advertising agencies) are eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or entry materials. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: A Trip for four (4) to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg VA or Orlando FL consisting of roundtrip coach air transportation for winner and guests to Williamsburg VA or Orlando, FL from a single major airport in continental U.S., nearest winner's home (as determined by Sponsor); One (1) hotel room (deluxe room quad occupancy) accommodations for three (3) nights at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice located in the greater Williamsburg VA or Orlando, FL area; four (4) tickets to: Bush Gardens in Williamsburg VA or Orlando FL; four (4) tickets to Water Country in Williamsburg VA or Adventure Island in Orlando FL; four (4) “Front of Line” premium passes to Busch Gardens; and eight (8) meal vouchers for in park dinning. Trip will be fulfilled by the Busch Entertainment Corporation travel agency, TEAM. All other expenses relating to acceptance of grand prize, which are not explicitly listed, are responsibility of winner and guests. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Trip must be completed by December 12, 20010, otherwise the “Trip for four (4) to Williamsburg VA or Orlando FL” grand prize becomes void. Estimated retail value of Grand Prize is $3,000. Any taxes on prize are sole responsibility of winner. Grand prize winner and guests must each complete the Sponsor’s travel release and waiver prior to departure. Guests of grand prize winner must be at least 18 years of age as of February 28, 20010 or except to the extent that the grand prize winner is the parent or legal guardian of such. No substitution, cash alternative or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability at time of award.
