You may register for StarPass online at www.star-pass.com or by visiting the Customer Service Desk or Box Office at participating theatres.

How do I get my StarPass card?

Once registered, your StarPass card may be picked up at the Customer Service Desk or Box Office at a participating theatre.

How much time do I have to pick up my StarPass card once I complete the StarPass enrollment process?

StarPass cards may be picked up by visiting the Customer Service Desk or Box Office at any participating theatre within 90 days after enrollment. After 90 days, you may re-enroll by visiting www.star-pass.com.

How do I earn points?

Earning points is easy. You will earn 10 points for ever dollar spent on eligible ticket or concessions purchases at participating theatres. Once you reach Director Status, 10% bonus points are awarded with each eligible purchase.

What if I forget my StarPass card?

If you forget your StarPass card, simply give your StarPass number when making your purchase. It will be manually entered at the beginning of your purchase so that you can earn your points. Manual entry is not available at automated Ticket and Concessions kiosks.

What if I forget both my StarPass card and my StarPass number?

If you forget your StarPass card and your StarPass number please stop by the Customer Service Desk at the theatre that issued your card for personal assistance. You may also email us at starpass@national-amusements.com.

I made a purchase but forget to show my StarPass card. Can I receive points for that purchase?

Your StarPass card or number must go through the Point of Sale system BEFORE the transaction is completed to earn points.

Can I earn points at any National Amusement theatre?

You may use your StarPass card to earn and redeem points at any participating theatre. The program is being extended throughout the year to include more National Amusement theatres. Please visit www.star-pass.com for a complete list of participating theatres.

Do I need identification when I use my StarPass card?

You do not need identification when using your StarPass card. Your StarPass card or StarPass number will suffice.

Can I transfer my StarPass card to another family member/friend to use?

Your StarPass card is non-transferable.

Do I earn points for purchasing gift certificates or prestige tickets at the theatre or through a third party?

StarPass points are not earned when purchasing gift certificates, gift card, gift packages, or prestige tickets. However, points will be awarded for eligible ticket or concessions purchases paid for with prestige tickets, gift certificates, gift cards, or gift packages.

Do I receive points when making online or telephone purchases?

StarPass points are earned when eligible purchases are made at the theatre. Points currently cannot be earned through online, or telephone process.

How do I receive my 10% Bonus StarPerks points?

When you reach Director Status, the system will automatically add the 10% bonus points to your account for all eligible ticket and concession purchases.

How do I receive my Director Status Sticker?

When you reach Director Status, please visit our Customer Service Desk and ask for a Director Status Sticker to be adhered to your card.

How do I receive my Concessions StarPerks?

To receive your free popcorn and soft drink refills, please present your card with Director Status Sticker and your original dated receipt at the concession stand.

When are the Express Lines open and can my guests join me in line?

Express lines are available at select times and days at our Cinema de Lux locations. Your guests are welcome to join you in the Express Line.

Do I receive points when making Kiosk purchases?

StarPass points are earned when eligible purchases are made at the automated ticket and Concession Kiosk.

What do I get for my points?

StarAwards are issued each time you reach a qualifying point threshold. StarAwards include free popcorn, soft drinks, and movie passes. Once you reach 2,500 points, you have achieved Director Status and are now eligible for exciting StarPerks with every subsequent visit.

What are the StarAwards after 5,000 points?

Points will continue to accumulate after 5,000 points are earned. The StarAwards list restarts from the beginning, and with every additional 500, points a StarAwards voucher will be issued. For example, at 5,500 points a Star Popcorn is awarded, at 6,000 points a Movie Pass is awarded, etc.

How do I redeem my points?

When a StarAwards threshold is reached, your reward voucher will print automatically with your ticket or concessions receipt at the theatre point of sale. Once a StarAward is issued, it may be used in conjunction with a subsequent purchase or transaction.

Can I upgrade a free concessions item to a larger or different concessions item?

Your StarAwards voucher is good only for the reward printed on the voucher. It cannot be exchanged, upgraded, or redeemed for cash.

Does my free ticket have any restrictions?

Your StarPass free ticket award will be accepted any time for any engagement at StarPass participating theatres. MPAA rating guidelines do apply. Free tickets can not be redeemed for cash. Director's Hall, Lux Level, IMAX, and 3D Film Premium Fees not included.

How do I get a new StarPass card if mine is lost or damaged?

A replacement StarPass card can be obtained from your Customer Service Desk at any participating StarPass location. You will be required to verify your ID prior to any card replacement. Your current point total and transaction history will transfer to the new card you receive. It may take up to 72 hours for the points to transfer to your new card.

What should I do if my points are not appearing properly?

You may contact the Customer Service Desk at the theatre that issued your card or submit your concern via email to starpass@national-amusements.com. Please provide your StarPass number, the theatre that issued your card, customer name, daytime phone number, email address, and state your specific concern.

Can I save my vouchers?

You may save StarAward vouchers for use at any time prior to the expiration date printed on the voucher.

Why do I need a User Name and Password for the StarPass website?

Logging onto the website with your User Name and Password allows you secure access to view your StarPass status and transaction history.

Why do you ask for my email address?

By providing your email address, you will be eligible to receive StarPass promotional information and exclusive special offers for StarPass members, including a 500 point Handshake Bonus. We do not sell or distribute any personal information or email data.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email from you after enrolling?

If you have provided us with a valid email address and have not received an email from us, your email service provider might be blocking us as SPAM. Please add StarPass@NationalAmusements.com to your contacts list and notify us via email.
