1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. To enter and be eligible to win you must be must be an enrolled StarPass member. All entrants must be legal U.S. residents. StarPass membership is free and open to all movie patrons 13 years of age and older. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by National Amusements, Inc. and its affiliated companies (herein referred to as the "Sponsor"). Corporate entities are not eligible. No employees, immediate family members of employees (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses), and/or any individuals living in the same household of employees of the Sponsor (including all affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies and advertising agencies) are eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins on December 5, 2008 and ends December 19, 2008, at 11:59 PM EST. There is no charge or cost to register or enter. There is one way to enter. 1) VIA STARPASS USER PROFILE: Entrants must login to their StarPass User Profile at www.star-pass.com. Entrants need to click on the You Must Remember This link found on their User Profile and complete the subsequent Sweepstakes entry page by clicking on the Enter the Sweepstakes link. Entries must be received by December 19, 2008, 11:59 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. No mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Only one entry per StarPass account allowed. The Sponsor and its respective agents are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail, for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a user's ability to participate in or enter the Sweepstakes. All notifications in the Sweepstakes will be sent by e-mail. The Sponsor is not responsible, and may disqualify you, if your e-mail address does not work or if it is changed without prior notice to us via e-mail. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is so canceled, any and/or all announced winners will receive prizes to which they are entitled as of the date of cancellation; the unawarded prizes will be donated to charity. Limit one entry per eligible person. If you enter more than once only your first entry received will count, and any subsequent entries will be disqualified. 3. DRAWING FOR WINNER: Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about December 22, 2008 by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The winners will be notified by e-mail. If unable to contact potential winner by email or if potential winner fails to respond to the prize notification within 48 hours after its issuance or if any winner fails to comply with any of the Sweepstakes requirements, an alternate winner shall be selected through another random drawing conducted by the Sponsor. The Grand Prize winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity (where legal) and the Sponsor's liability release and waiver, and return same, properly executed within 5 days after issuance of notification. Winners consent to the use of their names, voices, likenesses, and/or photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If, in the Sponsor's opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries and/or terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date.
