Terms & Conditions
1. The National Amusements, Inc. StarPass ("STARPASS"), StarPass Card ("CARD"), StarPass Program ("PROGRAM"), StarPass Membership agreement ("AGREEMENT"), StarAwards ("STARAWARDS"), StarPerks ("STARPERKS") and Director's Status ("STATUS"), and all related and/or associated elements and aspects of the PROGRAM are the property of National Amusements, Inc.
2. The CARD is not a debit, credit or billing card.
3. The CARD is non-transferable and must be returned to National Amusements, Inc. upon request.
4. Registration for the PROGRAM and/or use of the CARD constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions of the PROGRAM, as amended from time to time, including without limitation, all terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT.
5. National Amusements, Inc., from time to time, may change the PROGRAM rules, regulations benefits, terms of the AGREEMENT, conditions of participation and/or credit levels, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the credits already accumulated, STARPERKS, STARAWARDS, STATUS, and/or some or all of the benefits of the PROGRAM.
6. National Amusements, Inc. may: (i) change or terminate the PROGRAM and/or the PROGRAM partners; (ii) withdraw, limit, modify and/or cancel any award or benefit (including, but not limited to STARPERKS, STARAWARDS and/or STATUS); (iii) increase the credits required for any award or benefit (including, but not limited to STARPERKS, STARAWARDS and/or STATUS); (iv) modify or regulate the transferability of awards or benefits (including, but not limited to STARPERKS, STARAWARDS and/or STATUS); and/or (v) add an unlimited number of blackout dates or limit the times for which any award or benefit (including, but not limited to STARPERKS, STARAWARDS and/or STATUS) may be used or applied.
7. Ten (10) STARPASS credits will be earned for every dollar ($1) spent on eligible purchases up to a maximum of 200 credits per single transaction or 200 credits per business day.
8. STARPASS credits may only be earned for eligible ticket and concession stand purchases. Concession items and restaurants vary by theatre. Purchases made at Ben & Jerry's, Sbarro, Nathan's Famous or Chatter's are not eligible for STARPASS credits.
9. Gift Certificate and Prestige Ticket purchases are not eligible for STARPASS credits.
10. In order to receive credit for eligible purchases, the CARD must be presented to the attendant at the box office or concession standpoint of sale prior to initiation of any transaction for an eligible purchase.
11. The PROGRAM is available at National Amusements participating theatres. Your STARPASS may be used at any participating theatre. STARAWARDS and STARPERKS are redeemable only at participating theatres.
12. Once a STARPASS member has reached 2500 credits in any calendar year, that member is eligible for STARPERKS for the balance of the calendar year in which they qualify and the following calendar year.
13. Current STARAWARDS and STARPERKS, as well as required credit levels, may be viewed at www.star-pass.com.
14. STARAWARDS will be printed on your receipt instantly at the point of sale at which the qualifying transaction takes place. The entire receipt or voucher must be presented at a participating theatre box office or concession stand in order to redeem your STARAWARDS.
15. STARAWARDS expire 90 days from the date on which they are issued.
16. STARAWARDS can only used in transactions subsequent to the one in which they were qualified, issued and/or awarded. Previously effected purchases will not be refunded so that STARAWARDS may be used.
17. STARAWARDS free tickets are not valid for movies playing in the Director's Halls without purchasing an upgrade with a corresponding service fee.
18. STARDAWARDS and STARPERKS are non-transferable. Use of express lines may, at the discretion of National Amusements, Inc., be extended to the immediate party of the STARPASS member who has achieved STATUS.
19. STARPERKS Express Lines may not be available on all dates, at times, for all movies.
20. Each STARPASS member is responsible for advising National Amusements, Inc. of any change of name, e-mail or postal address on his or her account. Failure to so notify may result in loss of STARAWARDS, STARPERKS and/or STATUS.
21. National Amusements, Inc. reserves the right to reject a request to change an e-mail or postal address.
22. National Amusements, Inc reserves the right to audit any and all members' accounts at any time and without notice to the member to ensure compliance with the rules set forth for the PROGRAM.
23. National Amusements, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any person from further participation in the STARPASS program and/or special promotions if, in National Amusements, Inc.'s sole judgment, that person has violated the conditions of the PROGRAM or in any way received credits through fraudulent means or as a result of a fraudulent transaction or ineligible purchase. Disqualification will result in termination of an individual's membership, loss of accumulated credits, the cancellation of any unused STARAWARDS and the forfeiture of such individual's CARD and any applicable STARPERKS and/or STATUS.
24. National Amusements, Inc. reserves the right to adjust member accounts (and/or revoke previously awarded STARAWARDS, STARPERKS and/or STATUS) if credits have been award erroneously regardless of the basis or mechanism for such an award.
25. The sale, purchase or barter of credits, STARAWARDS vouchers or tickets and/or CARDs violates PROGRAM rules, is illegal and subjects the violator to liability for damages and litigation and transaction costs. Violators will have their accounts terminated, and all STARAWARDS, STARPERKS, earned credits and STATUS forfeited and will be subject to prosecution. Improperly obtained vouchers, tickets and/or STARAWARDS are VOID and will be confiscated.
26. Enrollment in STARPASS and the PROGRAM is limited to individuals AT LEAST 13 years of age. Individuals less than 13 years of age will not be issued a CARD and will not be eligible to participate in the PROGRAM.
